Job description

CMA Role That Feels Different
Day Shift | Real Connection — New Orleans, LA

If you've ever thought "There has to be a better way to practice healthcare than this" — this might be it.

This is a unique opportunity inside a private, employer-sponsored health center supporting a large, dynamic workforce. It's intentional, relationship-driven care delivered by a small, collaborative team where you actually get to know your patients, not just process them. You'll also step outside the clinic walls to be part of onsite wellness events people genuinely look forward to.

✨ What Makes This Different

  • Onsite health events and screenings
  • Preventive care and patient education front and center
  • A patient population that knows and trusts your team
  • A team that works together, not in silos

What You'll Be Doing

  • Phlebotomy, EKGs, and rooming patients
  • Supporting both front office and clinical care
  • Engaging directly with patients through outreach and wellness initiatives
  • Working in Epic (preferred)

Position Details

  • Schedule: Mon/Tue 8:00 AM-4:00 PM CST, Wed 8:00 AM-6:00 PM CST, Thu/Fri 8:00 AM-3:00 PM
  • Position Type: Contract, starting ASAP through December 31, 2026

If You're a CMA Who

  • Wants to practice care the right way, with real relationships, not just checkboxes
  • Values connection and genuine teamwork
  • Brings warmth, professionalism, and full engagement to every patient interaction

✨ We want to meet you. Apply today. Our team at Mint Workforce will reach out to talk fit and next steps.
