About the Role:
Join Connect Staffing Agency of Georgia as a Tufting Machine Operator in Dalton, GA! This exciting position offers you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery in a dynamic environment, where your skills will contribute to the production of high-quality textiles.
Shift:
Monday - Thursday
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
(some Fridays required depending on production/orders)
Responsibilities:
  • Operate tufting machines to produce carpets and rugs with precision.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary for optimal output.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues.
  • Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Requirements:
