A Day in the Life:
In the position of Product Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership, design, roadmap execution, and hands-on development. Define platform strategy and actively delivers solutions. Serve as the platform authority, ensuring platform capabilities are aligned to business processes, properly engineered, and continuously enhanced to meet global enterprise needs. Accountable for delivering outcomes through a combination of direct hands-on work and oversight of vendor-delivered solutions.
The Impact You'll Make:
  • ServiceNow: Own the ServiceNow platform including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), configuration management database (CMDB), and third-party integrations. Own and drive the ServiceNow roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Define architecture standards and governance frameworks. Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
  • Assess existing systems and recommend upgrades, migrations, or modernization strategies.
  • Govern execution across internal teams and vendors.
  • Develop workflows, integrations, and data models for system. Implement integrations across enterprise systems.
  • Ensure process-first design and standard workflows.
  • Own vendor Delivery & statement of work (SOW) Management. Own vendor delivery under SOWs.
  • Approve designs and enforce architecture standards.
  • Ensure global consistency across regions and business units.
  • Drive key project indicator improvements, automation, and platform adoption.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow management
  • 3-5 years of experience in owning platform operations and managing vendor delivery
  • Experience in development of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, CMDB design, CSDM, integrations
