Job description

We are seeking an Endpoint Management & Remediation Engineer to manage enterprise endpoint environments, drive vulnerability remediation, automate endpoint administration, and maintain security and compliance across Windows and mobile devices. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, PowerShell, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, patch management, and application deployment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage and configure enterprise Windows endpoints and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM) and MECM/SCCM.
  • Plan and execute monthly security patching and endpoint remediation campaigns using MECM/SCCM.
  • Package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications through Intune and MECM/SCCM.
  • Identify, prioritize, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities and security gaps to support PCI-DSS and enterprise compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate software deployment, endpoint administration, remediation, and compliance activities.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory to support secure endpoint management and access policies.
  • Perform OS deployment, configuration management, and endpoint lifecycle management.
  • Create and maintain operational reports using MECM/SCCM and ServiceNow (SNOW) for asset, patch, configuration, and compliance visibility.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and risk teams to resolve endpoint issues and improve remediation processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint or systems administration.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Strong experience with endpoint vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security compliance.
  • PCI-DSS or similar regulatory compliance experience preferred.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and systems management.
  • Experience with application packaging, software deployment, and OS deployment.
  • Experience creating and analyzing ServiceNow and MECM/SCCM reports.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or hybrid endpoint environments.
