Job description

Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is seeking a dedicated Pantry Cook to join our team in College Corner, OH. This role is essential in supporting the kitchen by preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with food preparation to ensure timely and quality service for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and storage areas.
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Help monitor inventory and notify supervisors of shortages.
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred.
