JOB SUMMARY:
To establish positive guest relations and serve guests with excellence. And to act as liaison to all departments related to guest service setup and needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides continuous hospitality to guest groups through all assignments.
  • Acts as the primary contact person and liaison for group leadership and campers during their retreat.
  • Provides light cleaning duties while serving guest as needed.
  • Delivers announcements and guidelines to campers.
  • Assist recreational staff with recreation options as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Some college preferred.
  • Guest Service experience.
  • First Aid/CPR certified, or the willingness to acquire certifications.
