Assignment Details
  • Full-time contract positions available
  • Initial 16-week assignments with extension opportunities
  • 8-hour and 12-hour shifts based on facility requirements
  • Rotating weekend schedule required
  • Placement opportunities at behavioral health facilities throughout North Carolina
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while assisting with activities of daily living
  • Maintain required patient observation levels and promote a safe, therapeutic environment
  • Support patients through positive communication and appropriate behavioral interventions
  • Accurately document patient care, observations, and behavioral changes
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary care teams to support treatment goals

Qualifications
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of one year of recent inpatient healthcare experience
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screenings, drug testing, and competency assessments
