Advanced Helper Electrician

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring an Advanced Helper Electrician with 2–3 years of field experience in commercial or residential electrical work. The ideal candidate will be skilled in trenching, conduit work, basic wiring, and electrical support tasks, while demonstrating a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to follow direction from supervising electricians.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform trenching and conduit installation for slab and site work
  • Mount boxes, run wire, and assist with installation of electrical systems
  • Bend and install conduit (EMT, PVC, etc.) per project requirements
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites, including daily clean-up duties
  • Understand and apply basic job-site safety protocols
  • Work cooperatively with team members and follow direction from supervising electrician
  • Transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed
  • Assist with identifying and staging materials for daily tasks
  • Support in setup and breakdown of work areas

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on electrical experience (commercial or residential)
  • Familiarity with trenching, conduit running, pipe bending, and box mounting
  • Strong understanding of job-site safety and professional conduct
  • Ability to listen, learn, and take direction from supervising electricians
  • Basic hand and power tool knowledge
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements:
