Conduit Installation primarily involves installing protective tubing to house electrical wiring, ensuring safety and compliance. Electrical Wiring focuses on connecting and routing electrical cables within structures. While both roles require similar safety training and work in construction or building environments, conduit installers specialize in conduit systems, whereas electricians handle the wiring connections.

Which trade installs conduit?

Electricians are the tradespeople responsible for installing conduit, which is used to protect and route electrical wiring. They typically have training in reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and may require licensing or certification depending on the region. Conduit installation is often performed in construction, industrial, and commercial settings.
