JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

Park City Lodging is seeking a full-time, creative, organized Marketing Coordinator to help execute our day-to-day marketing initiatives and support our growing vacation rental portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, photography, social media, writing, and creating content that inspires travel.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you'll help drive vacation rental bookings and homeowner acquisition through creative content, organic social media, and marketing execution. This is a collaborative, hands-on position that blends creativity, organization, and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities

 

Organic Social Media

Own Park City Lodging's organic social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and future channels.

·         Plan and manage the social media content calendar

·         Create and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories

·         Engage with followers and encourage user-generated content

·         Build relationships with local businesses and community partners

Photography & Video

Create visual content that showcases Park City Lodging, our homes, and the destination.

  • Edit professional photography as needed

  • Create and/or coordinate lifestyle photography

  • Film property walkthroughs and lifestyle content

  • Capture seasonal imagery and events

  • Organize and maintain digital media libraries

Property Content Management

Maintain compelling, accurate property content across Park City Lodging's website and distribution channels.

  • Write and update listing descriptions

  • Maintain amenities, photos, and property information

  • Coordinate photography for new and existing homes

  • Assist with onboarding new properties

  • Refresh existing content to improve listing performance and guest conversion

Marketing Content & Projects

Create and support marketing content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Website copy and event landing pages

  • Owner email marketing and newsletters

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Seasonal marketing initiatives

  • Award submissions

  • Print collateral and partner promotions

  • Other marketing projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred

  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, social media, or content experience

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Photography and basic video editing experience

  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Passion for travel, hospitality, and storytelling
