Job description

Experienced Maintenance Tech wanted

Ann Arbor’s tallest high-rise is seeking an experienced maintenance tech to join our team! You’ll help keep our condominium community operating at the highest standard while providing top-level customer service to residents and co-owners.


We’re looking for a hands-on professional who takes initiative, has exceptional troubleshooting skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will have experience at apartment complexes and/or condominium communities. They’ll be part of a team that:

– Completes work orders, performs preventative maintenance and ensures the building’s common areas are clean, safe and fully operational.

Maintains and troubleshoots heating, ventilation, air conditioning and life-safety systems across the building.


– The successful candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential maintenance.

– Solid working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems a plus.
