Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for helping maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium, ensuring that all common areas are maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition by performing the following duties.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Others to be assigned:

  • Completes daily work orders as scheduled
  • Constant cleaning and disinfecting of all common areas.
  • Performs general maintenance duties on a regularly scheduled basis of all common areas. (Example: Garbage pick up, Cleaning, pressure wash, paints or touch ups, checks lighting)
  • Utilizes equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner
  • Assists in maintaining equipment in good working condition
  • Performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by supervisor properly
  • Makes general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other minor community/building repairs as long as a permit is not required to complete the job
  • Maintains records and other maintenance reports as directed by supervisor.
  • Assists with hurricane preparation of property
  • Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties
  • Performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills
Required Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!  Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Maintenance experience Minimum one (1) year
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Great customer service and communication skills

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
