About the Position

Hard Rock Concrete Cutting is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Concrete Cutting Assistant Operators. Previous construction experience is preferred, and experience in heavy construction is a plus. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist operators with concrete cutting, core drilling, demolition, and related construction activities
  • Load, unload, and maintain equipment and job site materials
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Travel to various job sites as needed
  • Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and material removal
  • Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Construction experience preferred; heavy construction experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
