Job description

A Concrete Technician/Sidewalk Repair Technician is responsible for going to the job site daily and performing a survey or cutting an approved job. They are responsible for ensuring all trip hazards at each job site have been removed or marked for replace.

Pay is hourly plus production rate.

Duties:

  • Surveying: Techs are responsible for surveying various job sites. During surveying, they measure the cuts and identify them with a number using our bid technology.
  • Concrete Cutting: Techs are trained to remove trip hazards that have been previously identified. This involves using a portable generator with the proper equipment and using our patented technology and process to cut the hazards.
  • Reporting: Techs are required to report their work at the end of each day, in order to update the sales manager of the status of each job.
  • Training: At times, Techs are required to train other technicians. They are also expected to participate in frequent training in order to be up to date on the process and procedures of the company.
  • Maintenance: Each week maintenance must be performed to ensure all equipment is cleaned and functioning properly. Truck should be loaded in preparation for the next job, and all supplies needed be reported to sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Experience with Power Tools
  • Must have the ability to travel overnight occasionally
  • Drivers License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass random drug tests
  • Clean Shaven
  • Able to perform manual labor
