Job description

If leadership comes natural to you, we want you leading one of our crews. Must have an eye for quality and detail, and not be afraid to get in and work hard with the crew. We never ask an employee to do a job we wouldn't do ourselves, and we always expect the same from our foreman. Job duties will include, but not limited to; day to day job/crew scheduling, training and working with crew, ordering concrete, job layout, communication with General Contractor/Home Owner, hauling materials/equipment, time management, general labor.

We are offering a new employee bonus for all new hires. $1000 bonus for all new employees after 90 days of employment.
