In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently to our customers across various locales, with year round work as part of our growing operations. What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete daily inspection reports.
  • Always follow all company safety policies and environmental standards.
  • Maintain and clean equipment at the end of each day, including the drum, cab, windows, rotors, and axles.
  • Wear all required PPE (boot program and PPE provided by company) while on the job and at customer locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing the company in the field.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of CDL B experience required.
  • Strong driving record and stable employment history.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
  • Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs and climbing multiple times per day.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow directions, including map interpretation.
