Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager with a strong operations background to assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of a luxury high-rise residential property. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain operational excellence in a high-end environment. Weekend availability is required to support property operations and resident needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Support
  • Assist the General Manager in managing all operational aspects of the property, including maintenance, vendor oversight, security, concierge, and common areas.
  • Leverage a strong operations background to identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and optimize property performance.
  • Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards expected in a luxury environment.

Team Leadership & Staff Support
  • Support recruitment, training, and supervision of property staff, including front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and concierge teams.
  • Assist in staff coaching, performance management, and creating a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Provide hands-on support during peak operational periods, including weekends and special events.

Resident Experience & Relations
  • Deliver exceptional service to residents, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Support resident engagement programs and events to maintain a strong, satisfied community.
  • Proactively anticipate and address operational issues that impact resident satisfaction.

Financial & Administrative Operations
  • Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Support rent collection, vendor invoice review, and operational cost control.
  • Contribute to operational strategies that enhance efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure property operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and corporate policies.
  • Support safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management initiatives.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and assist with documentation and reporting.

Strategic Support
  • Provide operational insights and updates to the General Manager.
  • Assist with implementing strategic initiatives to enhance property value and performance.
  • Collaborate across departments, including leasing, marketing, and maintenance, to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience preferably in luxury residential property management with a strong operations focus, preferably high-rise or multi-family properties.
  • Experience supporting a General Manager or senior leadership team.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex operations, large teams, and high-end service standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws, codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work weekends and manage operational priorities during peak periods.
