Job Opportunity: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to enhance our Concierge Medicine and Executive Health program. This distinctive role is tailored for a physician who is enthusiastic about providing highly personalized, relationship-focused care and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concierge Medicine:
    • Deliver comprehensive primary care to a select group of concierge medicine patients.
    • Establish long-lasting, trusted relationships through personalized and coordinated care.
    • Conduct thorough annual physical exams, preventive health assessments, chronic disease management, and acute care.
    • Ensure high levels of accessibility and responsiveness in line with concierge medicine standards.
    • Facilitate specialty consultations, diagnostic tests, procedures, and other services within our health system.
    • Act as the main coordinator for each patient's overall healthcare needs.
    • Create tailored wellness and prevention plans based on individual health histories, risk factors, lifestyles, and goals.
    • Provide an outstanding patient experience characterized by convenience, communication, discretion, and personalized service.
  • Executive Health:
    • Conduct comprehensive Executive Health evaluations for business leaders and program participants.
    • Perform detailed medical histories, physical exams, preventive screenings, and personalized health risk assessments.
    • Analyze diagnostic and laboratory results, offering clear, actionable recommendations for each participant.
    • Coordinate same-day or expedited diagnostic testing and specialty consultations when clinically appropriate.
    • Provide a detailed summary of findings and recommendations after each Executive Health evaluation.
    • Foster ongoing relationships with executives who may benefit from continued care through the Concierge Medicine program.
    • Collaborate with leadership to continually enhance the Executive Health experience and broaden the program's reach in the community.
  • Patient Experience & Service Excellence:
    • Represent our organization’s commitment to safety, quality, service, and innovation.
    • Create a seamless and personalized experience for every patient.
    • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Engage in proactive communication regarding results and follow-up care.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Texas.
  • Proven commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based practices.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong dedication to patient service and relationship-based care.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate care across various specialties and services.
  • Interest in preventive medicine, wellness, executive health, and comprehensive primary care.
