This large acute-care hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee operates with 400 or more licensed beds and maintains established clinical protocols to support inpatient cardiovascular disease management on an on-site basis. The institution is structured to accommodate locum tenens clinicians serving in an inpatient capacity, with clinical resources in place to facilitate effective care delivery. Call coverage is required, including 24-hour call and STEMI call responsibilities as part of the assignment schedule. Clinicians will also supervise 1-2 APPs working concurrently during the shift, and board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases is required for consideration.
