Founded in 1964 in Madison, WI, Frank Productions started as a family-run, full-service concert promotion company, bringing the likes of Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley and Bruce Springsteen to Wisconsin. Over the next five decades, we have become one of the largest concert promoters in the United States. We did this by building a business model in which promoters help artists achieve their goals, not simply sell the tickets. Today, as a joint-venture partner with Live Nation, Frank Productions continues its successful growth and offers FPC Live and National Shows 2 executive and administrative management. These brands are full-service concert promotion companies involved in every facet of event management built to help support artists at every level of their careers.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO

• Concert income statement preparation
• Complete account reconciliations as assigned by the supervisor
• Prepare and record journal entries
• Project reconciliations--both the month-end project and special projects
• Manage the company's fixed asset records, including asset additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain and record routine accounting transactions such as Ticketmaster sales entries
• Provide audit support as needed
• Communicate accounts receivable with intercompany departments to ensure they are cleared monthly
• All other duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years of General Ledger Accounting or Public Accounting experience
• CPA is preferred, but not required
• Project Accounting experience a plus
• Willingness to occasionally work unconventional hours, as job duties demand
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to change focus, meet tight turnarounds and important deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group e-mails, and instant messaging
• Committed to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Extended periods of sitting at a computer station or work desk
• Utilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment
• Occasionally performs duties while standing and walking, including ascending and descending stairs

This position is expected to work forty (40) hours per week or more. This position is an at-will position, meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time without notice or cause.
