Pay Details:
The starting hourly rate for this position is $24.00 per hour.
This position provides event-day support for Premium guests at Honda Center, serving as a primary point of contact at Premium entrances and Concierge locations. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with ticketing and seating needs, coordinating with internal teams, and proactively resolving guest concerns to ensure a seamless Premium experience.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare documents and set up Concierge desk prior to events
  • Ensure there is a ticket taker, security staff, and elevator workers at Premium Entrances prior to doors
  • Prepare Premium will call tickets and work with box office and other departments regarding any missing tickets
  • Assist in placing relocation signs on suites prior to events as necessary
  • Greet and welcome Suite and Club Level guests entering Honda Center
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty
  • Check-in clients who have Premium restaurant reservations
  • Work alongside the Service Team by resolving digital ticket related issues during event
  • Learn and be familiar with use of ticket scanner for ingress to scan guests' tickets when needed
  • Take calls from Suite clients throughout the event to ensure suite issues are resolved
  • Assist guests with finding their seats and troubleshoot any seating-related issues
  • Be a resource of information and guidance by answering event and facility related questions
  • Coordinate with other Premium Entrances to ensure guests tickets are at the correct entrance
  • Coordinate with operations on event nights and prior to doors with the Operations Team, Food and Beverage Team, Security Team, and IT Team via radio
  • Update Servicing on all Concierge materials needed for Premium Entrances
  • Assist with Premium giveaways as necessary
  • Communicate with Manager, Premium Services and Premium Service Executives on Ducks and Non-Ducks event issues
  • Assist guests with any questions or needs, proactively working to ensure guest issues are resolved quickly onsite
  • Record all guest concerns and issues on Concierge Report Forms for Service Team to follow up on ongoing issues
  • Help drive sales by establishing relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and building rapport
  • Work Special Events scheduled throughout the venue and off-site
  • Compile reports, non-used tickets, radios, and desk drawer keys to give to Premium Service person on duty at end of shift

  • Able to lift 50 lb.
