What You'll Do

As a Security Officer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, contractors, and company property.

Responsibilities include:

  • Patrol buildings and grounds to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Monitor CCTV, alarm, access control, intrusion, and fire systems.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, suspicious activity, hazardous material incidents, and other security concerns.
  • Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
  • Enforce company security policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Report security concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Conduct interior and exterior patrols, including stairways and mechanical areas.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable professionals who are committed to safety, excellent customer service, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (required)
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to meet all applicable state and local licensing requirements for Security Officers

Previous experience with CCTV, access control, alarm systems, or security operations is preferred but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs and occasional ladders
  • Ability to walk on uneven terrain
  • Frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
