Position Title: Coordinator, Financial Analyst

Compensation Range: $60k - 75k

FLSA: Exempt

Location: Culver City, CA (on-site)

Position Overview:

The Financial Analyst supports corporate finance and strategic planning through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role involves monitoring financial and operational performance, conducting variance analysis, supporting accounting and close processes, and providing insights for decision-making and long-term planning.


Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Conduct monthly variance analysis by comparing actual financial results against budget and forecast.

โ€ข Analyze operational and financial data to support performance tracking, budgeting, forecasting, operational KPI monitoring, and strategic decision-making.

โ€ข Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.

โ€ข Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and support month-end and year-end close processes.

โ€ข Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner during financial close cycles.


Preferred Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred

โ€ข Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting

โ€ข Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
