Job description

Concert Golf Partners is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting efforts across our growing, multi-state portfolio of private golf and country clubs.

This position manages full-cycle recruiting for corporate and club-level roles while providing leadership and direction to a small recruiting team. The Corporate Recruiting Manager will partner closely with General Managers, department leaders, Human Resources, and corporate leadership to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality recruiting experience within a multi-location organization, is comfortable working in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment, and has a proven ability to build relationships, improve processes, and adapt to evolving technology.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple clubs, states, departments, and levels of leadership.
  • Manage, coach, and support a small recruiting team while establishing clear priorities, expectations, and accountability.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, position requirements, compensation, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates and provide qualified candidate recommendations to hiring leaders.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through interview, selection, and offer coordination.
  • Track recruiting activity and meet established recruiting performance metrics and hiring goals, using data to evaluate results and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Build, standardize, and streamline recruiting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and reporting within applicable HR and recruiting systems.
  • Effectively utilize multiple recruiting and technology platforms and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with hospitality industry experience strongly preferred, including private clubs, golf, resorts, hotels, restaurants, or similar service-driven organizations.
  • Experience supporting a multi-location, multi-state organization strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels, including management and leadership positions.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, or providing direction to a recruiting team preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a metrics-driven recruiting environment and achieve established hiring goals.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring-manager partnership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and open positions in a fast-paced environment with a high level of organization and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve recruiting processes and workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with sound professional judgment and discretion.
  • Comfortable working across multiple technology platforms and quickly learning new systems.
  • HRIS and/or ATS experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.

What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role means delivering quality hires while consistently meeting established recruiting metrics and hiring goals.
The Corporate Recruiting Manager will build strong partnerships with club and corporate leadership, maintain accountability within the recruiting team, develop sustainable talent pipelines, and continuously improve recruiting processes.

The successful candidate will understand the pace and service expectations of the hospitality industry, use recruiting data to drive decisions, embrace new technology, and help create a recruiting function that is efficient, consistent, responsive, and scalable across a growing multi-state organization.
