Job description

The Opportunity:

The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, modern application and solution architectures that support digital and customer experience platforms. This role focuses on hands‑on solution design and implementation, with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise design systems.

The architect partners with product, UX, and engineering teams to create high‑quality, reusable, and performant solutions that enable consistent and engaging digital experiences.

This role ensures that applications and platforms—particularly within the Adobe ecosystem—are designed for reusability, performance, and long‑term sustainability, while accelerating delivery through design systems and modular architecture.

What You'll Work On:
  • Design end‑to‑end application and solution architectures aligned with business and digital experience needs
  • Lead solution architecture and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud platforms (AEM required)
  • Define and implement design systems architecture, including reusable UI components, design tokens, and front‑end frameworks
  • Architect component‑based and headless solutions, integrating AEM with modern front‑end technologies (e.g., React)
  • Establish scalable integration patterns using APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures
  • Collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver solutions from concept through implementation
  • Provide technical leadership and hands‑on guidance to development teams, including architecture reviews and mentoring
  • Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, scalability, security, and reliability
  • Drive adoption of modern development practices, including cloud‑native design and DevOps principles
  • Define end‑to‑end architecture for digital marketing platforms
  • Design scalable, secure, and high‑performing Martech ecosystems
  • Create reference architectures and integration patterns
Education and Experience, You’ll Bring Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on application/solution architecture
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM required; Analytics, Target, Campaign preferred)
  • Strong expertise in design systems and component‑based architecture
  • Hands‑on experience with AEM (including AEM as a Cloud Service)
  • Hands‑on experience with digital marketing platforms (Martech stack strategy), Data & customer 360, Integrations & APIs
  • Solid experience with API design, microservices, and integration architectures
  • Knowledge of modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across engineering, UX, and business teams
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms
  • Adobe certifications (AEM, Experience Cloud)
  • Experience with headless CMS and composable architectures
  • Familiarity with design system tools (e.g., Storybook)
  • Integration experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or Veeva
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps environments
