Job Description

Provide support assistance with technical problem solving, event setups and equipment deployment, including receiving and checking in hardware / equipment inventory in the Provisioning Center equipment delivery and hardware and software set-up and configurations. Other equipment tasks as directed. Shifts, days off and reporting locations can vary

Qualifications

18 months minimum in a technical support role. Strong personal computing skills. Basic knowledge of computer operations and user environments. Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach or grip 50lbs., above or below shoulders. Ability to walk distances between Caesars properties and spend long periods standing. Ability to work in a 24 hour, 7 day a week environment with varying shifts, including nights and weekends, with varying days off. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
