Job description

Duties of the Support Technician include server and network support as well as phone technical support at all levels having a focus on customer service. Job functions are focused on the workstation, basic server, and printing level of network installation and troubleshooting.

Must have advanced working knowledge of personal computers and basic networking essentials to include past and present software packages. Prior experience and college degree preferred. Must have or obtain Microsoft Windows 7 within 90 days after start of employment, Office 365, and Cisco Routing & Switching Tech Certification within the first year.
