You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical frontline - performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to our customers. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 2 years' experience in an Operations environment

At least 2 years' hands-on experience working with Windows and Office products, including Word, Excel and Teams

Must have excellent customer relations/communications skills. Must have the ability to detect and troubleshoot problems and navigate independently.

Must be able to work an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) to maintain 24x7 support (any shift, weekends, holidays).

Candidates will be required to pass stringent background checks

Candidate should have working knowledge of Network fundaments such as Routers, Switches and Circuits.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -
$55,200to$99,240based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area):$66,240to$119,040

California (All Other):$60,720to$109,200

Colorado:$55,200to$99,240

Massachusetts$55,200to$109,200

New York City:$66,240to$119,040

Washington:$60,720to$109,200

Washington DC:$60,720to$109,200

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
