Job Summary



  • Uses specialized software to turn rough sketches, notes, and engineering concepts into accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings and models for construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects.
    Core Responsibilities

  • Create detailed plans, layouts, and cross-sections using AutoCAD.

  • Translate rough hand sketches, redlines, or verbal directions from engineers and architects into final visual documents.

  • Update existing drawings based on client feedback, test results, or team redlines.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to ensure designs are practical and accurate.

  • Organize, label, and maintain digital drawing libraries and project records.
    Key Requirements and Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.

  • Ability to read blueprints and understand basic engineering measurements.

  • Ability to follow applicable industry standards.
