Job description

Ivy Computer's Payment Processing Facilitator is the financial liaison between our company and our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers by phone and email, solving problems, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.
Your day will include:
  • Taking calls from customers needing help with payments
  • Making outbound calls to follow up and resolve issues
  • Walking customers through solutions step-by-step
  • Monitoring and processing electronic payments
  • Setting up and changing banking information
  • Troubleshooting payment errors

This is a customer-facing role where you will spend a meaningful portion of your day on the phone supporting our amazing customers while also handling detail-oriented financial tasks. Success requires both a high level of accuracy when working with numbers and a genuine commitment to delivering clear, professional, and friendly service during every interaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, resolving issues thoughtfully, and ensuring a positive, professional customer experience
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong problem solver and analytical thinker who works well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized throughout the day
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs

Schedule
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Employees are expected to work in the office on Monday through Thursday. After the initial training period, Fridays are optional work-from-home days as the needs of the position permit.
Pay starts at $25/hour, depending on experience.
