Computer Technician: Join our team in a rewarding industry – great hours. Responsible for managing and maintaining IT equipment including computers, printers, copiers, fax, projectors, etc.; resolving problems with equipment and devices; setting up new users; assisting with new employee orientation/training; updating computer user/groups on the network; installing and maintaining workstation/desktop software; maintaining inventory system; purchasing/ordering IT equipment; fulfill helpdesk requests. Requires advanced troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Operating Systems and full line of Microsoft Office products ie.Microsoft 365. M-F 8:00-4:30. Immediately hiring. EOE

Requirements for Computer Technician:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field preferred
  • At least three to five years of hands-on experience in a helpdesk environment supporting Windows workstations and remote users
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Operating Systems and full line of Microsoft Office products.
  • Requires valid KS driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less
  • Other beneficial work experience – fixing and troubleshooting computers, printers and fax machines; training computer users on Office 365 products; computer orientation; running network cables; experienced with online/cloud office products; computer customer service.
