As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, tailored to guide adults dealing with emotional struggles such as anxiety, depression, or grief.
• Conducting thorough pre-screening evaluations to ensure that clients engaging in your services are stable and present with low acuity needs, allowing for targeted and effective intervention.

To qualify for this rewarding role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active independent mental health license such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Strong evaluation and decision-making skills for effective patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a naturally empathetic and supportive demeanor.
