Motion in Mind Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role involves providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients facing a range of mental health challenges. As a key member of our practice, you will assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide individuals toward improved mental health and well-being.

Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while also maintaining a collaborative outpatient practice atmosphere. Our remote work environment is designed to ensure that counselors can effectively engage with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clientsโ€™ mental health status during initial and ongoing sessions.
  • Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices specific to their unique needs.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing culturally responsive techniques to engage diverse populations effectively.
  • Regularly monitor and document clientsโ€™ progress, providing feedback and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications
