Position Summary
Blackbird Health is looking for Child and Adolescent Therapists to join our team in fully remote roles across the United States. We are currently hiring clinicians licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or Virginia across Full-Time W2, Part-Time W2, and 1099 opportunities.
You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and their families.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Earning Potential: Up to $95,000+ annually

Base Salary: $45,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week)

Additional Earnings: Earn $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress
  • Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients
  • Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support
  • Collaborate with other specialty providers
  • Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
  • Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate
The basics you'll need:
  • Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland
  • Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients
  • Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
  • Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
  • Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 3pm ET during the week and/or weekends
