• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs, abilities, and behaviors using multiple methods such as interviews and observational techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans by integrating psychosocial, medical, and therapeutic information to ensure effective interventions.
• Establish clear and achievable short-term and long-term therapeutic objectives to guide patient care.
• Facilitate open discussions with patients about their feelings and behaviors, encouraging deeper self-exploration and insight.
• Implement and monitor tailored treatment programs inclusive of psychotherapeutic modalities to assist patients in managing acute and chronic pain, mental health challenges, and personal issues.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, upholding the highest standards of record-keeping.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to identify and address potential psychosocial issues affecting patient well-being.
• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Promote a culture of compassionate care aligned with the company’s vision and core values.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

In this role, you will work with a wide array of patients facing various mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, end-of-life issues, addiction, and the impact of chronic pain. As a vital member of the treatment team, you will collaborate with professionals from various disciplines to deliver comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each individual patient. Your expertise will help patients navigate their challenges, fostering resilience and hope as they work towards recovery.

• Current California LMFT license is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Strong proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred to enhance service delivery to our diverse community.

• Demonstrated ability to engage patients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Background in telehealth practices is a plus given our remote work structure.

• Annual salary within the range of $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
