• Conduct engaging and supportive one-on-one video sessions with clients, assisting them in articulating their emotions and experiences.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess clients' mental health and be responsible for crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Advocate for clients by helping them set realistic, achievable goals that align with their therapeutic journey.
• Engage actively in regular supervision and case consultation to enhance treatment outcomes and professional development.
• Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes while adhering to best practice protocols in telehealth.

Your role will involve working with stable, low-acuity adults from diverse backgrounds who are seeking mental health support. You will be an integral part of their journey to improved mental health, providing compassionate care and tailored strategies for emotional resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active and valid licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate digital platforms for telehealth effectively.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or remote counseling sessions.
• A strong background in solution-focused therapy and evidence-based practices.
• Previous experience in client advocacy or therapeutic goal setting.

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, adjusted based on your hours worked. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
