• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health status, identifying conditions such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues.

• Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, either individually or in group settings, focusing on equipping clients with actionable coping strategies and tools for healing.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health records system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and behavioral disorders. Your role will involve understanding each client's unique circumstances, establishing trust, and fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers them on their journey to recovery.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services in clinical settings.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, with an emphasis on evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Ability to utilize culturally responsive therapy techniques that respect and integrate clients' diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working with both individual clients and groups, employing a compassionate and inclusive therapeutic approach.

• Expertise in crisis intervention and management, with the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Proven ability to establish rapport with clients from various demographics, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and the ability to adeptly use computer applications for documentation.
