Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Hold a current and valid state license as either LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience delivering individual and group therapy effectively to diverse populations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on building therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and apply sound judgment on ethical issues.
