• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal growth.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other counselors to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Utilize digital tools like Electronic Health Records (EHR) to meticulously document client interactions, maintain confidentiality, and track progress over time.
• Actively contribute to the enhancement of therapy practices by sharing insights and feedback within the team to improve overall client experiences.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Access Healing Therapy, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients seek assistance for various challenges, from emotional distress to life transitions. Your holistic approach will empower them in striving for healthier mental health outcomes, equipping them with coping mechanisms, and guiding them toward positive changes in their lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Proficiency in digital communication and counseling technologies, with strong computer skills, particularly in Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective client interactions.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant therapeutic techniques.
• Background in working with families and children is advantageous, given the diverse clientele served.
