This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Candidates can choose to work full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (over 5 hours per week), with the ability to create a personalized schedule that accommodates individual needs. • Conduct video chat sessions to deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling.
• Perform ongoing assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans aimed at improving individual outcomes.
• Assist clients in developing new coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and communication skills through evidenced-based practices.

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who may be dealing with mild to moderate mental health concerns. This demographic includes individuals seeking guidance in coping with everyday stressors, relationship challenges, and work-life balance. The telehealth format allows you to reach and support clients in various locations while promoting mental health accessibility.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, independent licensure in Massachusetts (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD) with no pending disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a high degree of computer literacy.
• Reliable internet connection to facilitate telehealth services.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required.
• Proven success in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.
• A background in working with diverse populations and understanding their unique mental health needs.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and hours worked. In addition, you will receive:
