The successful candidate will provide individualized mental health counseling to stable, low-acuity adults. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, depending on hours worked, and includes a sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard.

This role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that empowers you to balance professional responsibilities with personal life. Counselors have the option to work full-time (over 30 hours/week) or part-time (over 5 hours/week), making it possible to create your own hours and work from the comfort of your home. Our user-friendly counseling platform facilitates smooth interactions with clients and minimizes administrative burdens, allowing you to focus primarily on counseling.

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that take into account the unique circumstances and needs of each client.
• Empower clients by helping to develop new coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication skills to foster their personal growth and resilience.
• Maintain accurate and concise records while ensuring minimal paperwork responsibilities, so you can devote more time to your clients.

Our primary client population consists of stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is required.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, with no recent disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in building rapport with clients remotely and communicating effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and a stable Wi-Fi connection for seamless telehealth sessions.

While we welcome a range of experiences, preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in telehealth counseling or those who have worked in community health settings. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, is beneficial.
