Renewed Beginnings Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in child and adolescent mental health. This full-time position is ideal for a passionate professional who wants to make a significant impact on the lives of young individuals and their families. Operating in a remote setting, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of experts, including child psychiatrists, to deliver specialized mental health services.

Renewed Beginnings Counseling is a community health clinic located in Henderson, Nevada, committed to providing compassionate and effective mental health care to children and adolescents. Our mission is to nurture the emotional and psychological well-being of our young patients, helping them navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. We prioritize evidence-based practices and a holistic approach that considers the developmental stages of our patients and their familial circumstances.

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide mental health support from your location while still being integrated into a collaborative and supportive team environment. Our practice operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required based on patient needs. You will benefit from a structured, yet adaptable work atmosphere that encourages professional development and partnership with fellow healthcare providers.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand and evaluate the unique needs of children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's developmental stage and familial context.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family therapy, to support young individuals facing mental health challenges.
• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and allied healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and holistic care approach.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating skill and responsiveness in high-pressure situations.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources that can help enhance care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Actively participate in weekly team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices.

Your focus will center on a diverse patient population consisting primarily of children and adolescents grappling with various mental health disorders. This includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. You will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and emotional strength in these young individuals, empowering them to face life's challenges effectively.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.
• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and best evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated experience delivering individual and family therapy in a clinical setting.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing a warm, compassionate, and child-centered approach.
• Proven ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, and their families and exhibit empathy throughout the therapeutic process.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.
• A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to engage in teamwork and multi-disciplinary dialogues aimed at improving patient outcomes.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.
• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar pace-oriented environment.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
