As a remote telehealth provider, you will work from the comfort of your own space, with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will interact daily with patients through a secure online platform, which allows for audio/video sessions and the utilization of therapeutic tools such as journals and worksheets. This environment enables you to focus on delivering care without the distractions of a traditional office setting, and the flexibility of telehealth empowers you to adapt your work-life balance.

Your core responsibilities as an LPCC will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Providing individual therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client.
• Engaging in regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment methodologies as necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive support for patients.
• Utilizing digital tools to enhance therapeutic engagement, such as goal-setting templates and feedback mechanisms.

Your role will involve working with a varied population. You will provide support for clients dealing with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, grief, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will enable you to match with clients that align with your skills, facilitating a more effective therapeutic relationship and producing better patient outcomes.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related field.
• A current LPCC license without restrictions to practice in California.
• You must have a stable and high-speed internet connection, and access to a functional computer and phone to provide uninterrupted telehealth services.

We are looking for individuals who have at least 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, providing therapy to a diverse clientele. Candidates who have a background in telehealth or online counseling practices will be highly regarded.

The LPCC role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
