Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for pre-screened, low-acuity clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
• Developing, implementing, and updating individualized evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Monitoring and tracking client progress through regular evaluations and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with health care regulations.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to discuss treatment strategies, share insights, and support holistic client care.
• Participating in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge pertinent to contemporary therapeutic practices.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• An active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, giving you a solid foundation to build upon. Experience in providing remote therapy services is beneficial as it aligns with our telehealth approach, allowing you to effectively engage clients in a virtual setting.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
