This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining a strong work-life balance. As a full-time employee, you will have the option to work over 30 hours per week or choose part-time hours exceeding 5 hours per week. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video chat platforms, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Assisting clients in developing effective coping strategies, enhancing problem-solving skills, and improving communication techniques, all aimed at fostering resilience.
• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest standards of care are upheld.
• Participating in regular training and professional development workshops to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. This demographic includes individuals addressing stress, anxiety, mild depression, and life transition issues. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their concerns effectively, enhancing their overall quality of life.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, active state license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing for independent practice without supervision.
• A clean disciplinary record with no current or past actions against your license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by computer literacy to effectively utilize our counseling platform.
• A stable internet connection to ensure seamless service delivery.

While not mandatory, experience working in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is advantageous. Familiarity with online counseling platforms, as well as knowledge of therapeutic modalities suited for low-acuity clients, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on the number of hours worked. In addition, our compensation package includes:
