• Conduct confidential video counseling sessions with clients using our secure online platform, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients to discuss their mental health.
• Assess clients’ needs by leveraging your expertise in diagnosing and providing tailored treatment for a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and stress management.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care, focusing not only on diagnosis but on actionable strategies for improvement.
• Support clients in developing effective coping strategies and decision-making skills to foster resilience and emotional well-being.
• Maintain clear, concise records of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes, while ensuring all documentation complies with confidentially and legal standards.

Your clients will be stable, adult individuals seeking guidance for low-acuity mental health concerns. They are pre-screened to ensure a suitable match for your therapeutic skills, allowing for effective and meaningful interactions that foster healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Obtain an independent state license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate our online platform and documentation systems effectively.

• Experience in diverse clinical settings, encompassing a range of mental health issues.
• A background in telehealth counseling or familiarity with virtual therapy environments.
• Demonstrated ability to use evidence-based practices in developing treatment plans.

Compensation is competitive within the range of $115,000 to $130,000 yearly, depending on hours worked and experience. In addition to a robust salary, we offer:
