• Manage an individualized caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and determine appropriate timelines for discharge.
• Design, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and client interactions, to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Administer intake assessments to identify client needs and diagnose potential conditions accurately and promptly.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based interventions to support mental health recovery.
• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients, including adults, children, and families, facing a variety of mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, electronic health record systems (such as RMS), MS Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families across various settings.
• Comfort and proficiency in conducting intake assessments.

• Experience with integrated care models and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain organized, empathetic, and effective documentation practices.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and expertise.
