• Provide individualized psychotherapy services to stable, low-acuity adult clients, ensuring a safe and positive therapeutic environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical, mental, and emotional health to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans using evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Monitor and document client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure continued care.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adult clients who are navigating their recovery journey from substance use issues. You will work closely with individuals who are committed to improving their mental health, collaborating with them to develop actionable treatment plans that address their unique challenges while fostering resilience and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PsyD) in the state of Maryland, with no disciplinary actions or limited licenses.
• Demonstrated strong clinical and diagnostic skills, complemented by proficiency in treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, allowing for effective communication and rapport building with clients.
• High proficiency in computer systems and software for documentation and telehealth services.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with proven success in managing a diverse caseload.
• History of using a solution-focused approach in therapy and an understanding of evidence-based practices.
• Adept in using technology to streamline counseling services, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
