Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA (3 days/week on-site - Northeast of Downtown)

Alignment: W2 or C2C Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist & Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative Computer Vision solutions. This hybrid role combines technical leadership in AI/ML and computer vision with product ownership, driving the roadmap, vision, and business outcomes for computer vision applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners to deliver scalable, high-impact AI products. Description: * Lead the design, development, and optimization of Computer Vision and Machine Learning solutions * Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and business objectives for Computer Vision products. * Build and enhance image processing pipelines, rules engines, and AI-powered applications. * Partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. * Work with external Image Recognition (IR) vendors to improve model performance, accuracy, and product quality. * Define product KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements based on data and user feedback. * Support AI model lifecycle activities including training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. * Manage product backlogs, requirements, release planning, and stakeholder communications. * Research emerging AI, Computer Vision, and Generative AI technologies to identify new business opportunities. * Mentor technical teams and provide leadership on best practices in AI, Machine Learning, and product development. Requirements: * 7+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, including 3+ years in Computer Vision. * Strong experience with Python and Computer Vision frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV. * Hands-on knowledge of the complete Machine Learning lifecycle, including model deployment and monitoring. * Experience leading AI/ML projects from concept through production. * Proven experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, and business outcomes. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working with cross-functional teams and external technology partners. * Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for AI/ML products. * Knowledge of Image Recognition solutions in Retail, CPG, or Supply Chain environments. * Experience with Azure, Databricks, APIs, SDKs, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures. * Familiarity with Generative AI, foundation models, and modern AI technologies. * Experience with rules engines, business logic frameworks, and data platforms. * Bachelor's Degree.
