Job description

Vantor is forging the new frontier of spatial intelligence, helping decision makers and operators navigate whatโ€™s happening now and shape whatโ€™s coming next.

We are seeking a highly skilled Algorithm Engineer to develop nextโ€‘generation solutions in computer vision, geospatial analytics, and photogrammetry. This role requires a strong mathematical foundation, extensive experience developing computer vision algorithms, and proficiency in modern software engineering practices. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with practical software development skills to solve complex realโ€‘world problems involving imagery, spatial data, and AIโ€‘driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize computer vision and image processing algorithms.
  • Apply advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Develop productionโ€‘quality software using C++ and/or Python.
  • Research, prototype, and deploy innovative solutions leveraging machine learning and computer vision technologies.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, geospatial specialists, and product teams to develop scalable solutions.

Pay Transparency

Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions.

  • Base pay for Colorado: $124,000.00 โ€“ $165,000.00 โ€“ $181,500.00 annually.
  • For all other states, ranges are adjusted based on geographic cost of labor.
